The FAA Level 3 Award in Basic Life Support and Automated External Defibrillation (RQF) is a regulated qualification ideal for healthcare workers, workplace responders, and volunteers. Following Resuscitation Council UK Guidelines, it provides the skills to treat cardiac arrest calmly and confidently. Beyond core curriculum elements like primary surveys and AED usage, our training includes bag valve mask (BVM) ventilation to support advanced clinical needs.

Learners master CPR on adult manikins, recovery position techniques, and emergency scene assessment. The course requires 2.5 guided learning hours and is assessed through practical demonstration and oral questioning. Participants must be 14+ and physically able to perform CPR at floor level. This certification is valid for three years, ensuring personnel are qualified to use widely available AEDs to increase casualty survival rates.
